Our gratitude to everybody that made the recent Bridges/Rick Winter ALS fund drive a success: Charlie and Christine David and the CH2MHill Fire and Gas crew at Prudoe Bay donated a cruise for Rick and his children so they could all enjoy it while Rick is still able to. Friends of the Soldotna Public Library will hold a special book sale and basket sale on Dec. 4 from 2-7 p.m. in the book sale room of the Soldotna Public Library.

Halloween Party Our Halloween Party will be held on Friday, October 31 at noon. There will be a costume contest with a winner for the Most Original, Scariest, and People's Choice. The costume contest is always very entertaining and enjoyable.
