Snowfall predicted for the next couple days is much needed, as local groomers have found the icy trails left behind after last weekend's rain and temperatures in the 40s equally hard to cope with.
Skiers, snowshoers, dog mushers and snowmachiners will all have recreation options this weekend, as there is plenty of snow on the ground and cool temperatures will be keeping it there for awhile.
With no new snow falling and the bitter cold temperatures continuing, the trail report is much the same as last week's expect hard and fast conditions.
