Knopp runs for State House seat against Olson, Wolf

Gary Knopp, Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly president, will challenge incumbent Rep. Kurt Olson and former Juneau lawmaker Kelly Wolf for a seat in the Alaska Legislature this year. Knopp filed his intent to run for the State Representative District 29 seat Wednesday with the Alaska Public Offices Commission. He will run as a Republican. Olson and Wolf are both running as Republicans.
