Proposed law would encourage culture of respect

Lolita C. Baldor's article "Culture of disrespect fuels academy sex assaults," (Clarion, Jan. 10) should be required reading for all Alaskans. It is particularly relevant for several reasons. The first of course is all the current sexual abuse scandals being reported not only in the military academies but also in the military services.
