Loose dogs a danger on local trails

I have been a runner for forty years, and one of my favorite places to run is on our Tsalteshi Trails system. I'm very proud of our trails, and have been very supportive as they have grown and improved. This year we've been blessed with a long fall season, which makes the running out there even better. That being said, I won't run out there again. Three weeks ago, I was the victim of an unprovoked attack by two unleashed dogs while finishing my morning run, which resulted in two hours in the emergency room.
