Birch Ridge gears up for end-of-season Cold Weather Classic

The last "official" Seniors Day was Monday, and 12 guys showed up. John Davis (KSRM fame) won with a 32 net. Frank Harper had the longest putt and Chuck Rider had the closest to on No. 8. No one hit the green on No. 6, so the money just went into the party fund that was used to purchase pizza and beverages. Ed Robinson's wife brought a wonderful cake for dessert. Even though Monday was the last "official" Senior Day, the seniors are going to continue to play at 10 a.m. Mondays until the snow or frost run us off the course.
