Fresh flowers brighten day for seniors

Soldotna Senior Center would like to thank Fred Meyer One Stop Shop & Floral Department for the wonderful donation of the fresh cut gorgeous flowers. The beautiful Fred Meyer flowers were delivered to area homebound seniors and seniors attending the center. The flowers were truly appreciated and was the highlight of the day. Everyone extends their thank you to Fred Meyer for the heartfelt donation and caring of Soldotna area seniors.

Soldotna seniors say mahalo for support

Soldotna Senior Center's Hawaiian Luau fundraiser was a great success and we would like to thank all of the wonderful volunteers and donors for their support. A huge thank you to all of our dedicated volunteers that worked tirelessly in many capacities decorating, selling tickets, soliciting donations, setting diningroom tables, chefs, kitchen aides, serving food and beverages, dishwashers, receptionist, lei greeters, and auction attendants. Where ever something needed done a volunteer was there to do it.

Soldotna seniors say 'mahalo' for support

Soldotna Senior Center's Hawaiian Luau was our most successful fundraiser yet. We would like to thank all the volunteers that worked tirelessly decorating the Center, ticket sales, soliciting donations, food preparation, food and beverage servers, auctioneers, clean up and other work needing done for this very popular events.

Senior Center says thanks for great luau

Soldotna Senior Center would like to thank all of the exemplary volunteers who worked tirelessly for the center's "at capacity" crowd, Hawaiian Luau fundraiser. The crowd enjoyed a wonderful evening starting with a delicious Hawaiian dinner, entertainment of the talented hula troupes Na Manu Olu, and Pua Mae Ole. There were fabulous door prizes, a grand door prize, silent and outcry auctions.
