Poll appears to have predetermined conclusion

I think it was very disingenuous of Senator Micciche to use a "push poll" to gauge his constituents' opinion regarding the Legislature's self-induced fiscal crisis. A typical push poll will ask a question like this: "Would you prefer to walk the plank with a gun to your head or a sabre to your back?" There is no third possible answer for those of us who do not wish to walk the plank at all. Push polls are used to obtain a predetermined conclusion and therefore the results are not an accurate method for determining public policy. The good Senator should know this.
