Parade marches on because of many

We would like to thank everyone who participated, volunteered and worked the Fourth of July Parade this year. We can proudly say we have the biggest little parade on the peninsula, but it takes a whole community to achieve this success. Thanks to our sponsors: Tesoro, XTO Energy, Udelhoven Oilfield Services, Peak Oilfield Services, Alaska USA Federal Credit Union, Liquidation Sales, Lynden Transport Inc., Peninsula Tent and Party Rental, Marathon Oil Co., The Phone Directories, Kenai Montessori School, HEA and ACS.

Cold events warmed up by volunteers? help

Only in Alaska do you spend a cold morning all bundled up to clutch sled dogs, load kids in sleds and serve hot cocoa for the Kenai Chrysler Tustumena 200 Ceremonial Start before heading over to the Peninsula Winter Games to man the Ice Bowling Booth!
