Anchorage hospital worker files labor complaint over dues threat

An emergency room technician at Alaska Regional Hospital filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board Thursday after receiving a letter saying he'd be fired if he didn't pay dues to the Laborers' Union representing workers there.
